Ingredients:

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded paleo-friendly cheese optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create boats

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add diced onion and garlic, saut until fragrant

Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks

Stir in diced tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, and spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans 28 oz each whole tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425F 220C

Drain and rinse the whole tomatoes, then spread them on a baking sheet

Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper

Roast for 25-30 minutes

In a blender, combine roasted tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes

Blend until smooth

Transfer the mixture to a pot, add vegetable broth, and bring to a simmer

Cook for 10 minutes

Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes

  • 1 box brownie mix

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish

Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, using vegetable oil, water, and egg

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish

Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs
