Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put fillets of tilapia on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Rub the fillets with olive oil and season them with thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil
Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the fillets in the same way
Season the fillets and then put lemon slices on top of them
For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is easy to flake with a fork, bake in an oven that has already been heated
Add fresh parsley as a garnish if you like
Warm it up on the baking sheet and serve it right away
