Ingredients:
- 1 Meyer lemon, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen optional, for added buzz
Instructions:
Add fresh blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender
Peel and seed the Meyer lemon
If you need to, add more almond milk to get the consistency you want
Blend until smooth and creamy
You can add chia seeds and bee pollen if you want to get extra fiber and omega-3s and a natural energy boost
Blend again for a short time to add the optional ingredients
Put the smoothie in a glass
If you want, add some blueberries and a lemon slice on top
