Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions:
Cook the ground chicken in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked
Cut up some garlic, onion, and red bell pepper and add them to the pan
Make sure the vegetables are soft
Put peanut butter, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl
Mix them all together until the sauce is smooth
Put the sauce mix into the pan with the vegetables and chicken
Mix everything together well, then let it cook for a few minutes
Add the chopped peanuts to the chicken mixture and mix them in
Put small amounts of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf to make a wrap
Serve right away and enjoy
